I’m finally getting a moment to document this week. I’m using a scale at the office to weigh in so I didn’t make it on Monday due to the holiday. Something has occupied my time for every moment the last two days so this is the first chance I’ve had to post.
Tough week last week. Ironic that I wrote my Fitness Friday’s post on stress management early in the week – should’ve followed my own advice. Oh well, I’m not discouraged.
The positives are:
- I’ve still lost an average of more than 3lbs per week – my goal is 2 pounds per week
- I’m trying to learn from the unhealthy choices I made last week so I don’t repeat the mistakes
- I’m not giving up – I’m in this for the long haul
- My clothes still fit better and my appetite is still smaller that it used to be.
